The TR PT and performance Mission
Dr. Tim Rivotto realized that most golfers were not supporting their skill training the same way athletes in other sports do. Over the past 2 years he has honed his skills using data from the latest science and technology to optimize each golfer's physical capacity. There isn't one single way to swing a golf club, but there is a most efficient, effective way to swing based on your body's movement capabilities and capacity.
His focus is on your goals, whether you want to get rid of pain, lose weight, get stronger, or perform better. He works closely with each client to guide by the side and hold them accountable in order to achieve that transformation they have been dreaming of.
Golf Specific Training
We offer two levels of golf training packages:
1. Pain to Performance Plan
2. PGA Performance Plan
Each plan includes:
- 60 minute on-boarding call
- TPI Movement Assessment
- Individualized programming delivered straight to your phone via the TrainHeroic app
- Weekly digital check-ins to keep you accountable
- Option for in-person or virtual training sessions to review your plan, practice your technique, or discuss anything you need to optimize your training
Physical Therapy Training Session
This 1-on-1 session is a rehab training session after an initial evaluation. Can be in-person or virtual using Zoom video conference.
