The TR PT and performance Mission
to help you hit the ball 15 yards longer, score lower, and never miss a round of golf because of pain!
At TR PT and Performance, everyone is an athlete.

You shouldn't have to cancel on your weekend golf group because of pain.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed because you are the shortest hitter in your group.

Make your friends cry instead of laugh because you take their money every week.

How?

Our approach takes advantage of the benefits of movement assessment, strength and conditioning principles, heart rate based cardiovascular training, and sports physical therapy. This combination of techniques will help you build your ideal body to achieve your performance and health goals.

I will help you to identify areas of improvement, guide you through the stages of healing, and build a plan with you to ensure that you can do the things you enjoy with the people you love!
No pain?
For those of you not currently in pain, or training through minor aches and pains, we offer personal training and programming to help you improve strength, endurance, power, or agility to achieve your performance goals.

In addition to strength training, our staff has extensive experience working with golfers to maximize strength and power without losing mobility and feeling bulky.
Our expert physical therapist and trainers will help you:
-
Get rid of your new or nagging low back, neck, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, or ankle pain
-
Get stronger, healthier so you can avoid surgery
-
Play better, pain-free golf

-
And help you lose weight to get your dream body!
